We have arranged for a special rate at the hotel for anyone attending the conference. The reduced rate will be available until Feb 7th (or until there are no more rooms available).

Please see below the step by step process on how you can book the a room:

You can either call the central reservations center (800) 233-1234 and mention that you would like to make a reservation for the Behavioral Care Group for March 2019

You can make a reservations online instead of calling it in, please go to the below website and follow the directions.

& put in the dates that they are looking for and put in your personalized G-CODE. (G-BEH3)

1. Once you go to the website, input the dates you want to arrive/depart and how many guests you are traveling with. After that, click the drop down bar that says Special Rates ( AAA,GOV’T..) Please note that if you put in other dates that were not contracted, this code will not work and they will have to call in their reservations.

2. Next, select Corporate or Group Code where they will input in the personalized G-CODE which is G-BEH3
3. Once you input in that code, you will choose what room type you want to book.
