DBT For Adolescents
This group is for teenagers who are struggling with regulating their emotions.  There are two groups for this age and they meet on Mondays from 5-6 and Wednesdays from 7-8 respectively.  The following modules will be covered: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and walking the middle path.
DBT For Children
This group is for children ages 8-10 who are dysregulated and struggling to manage in school and at home.  This group will meet on Thursdays from 5:00-6:00.  The following modules will be covered: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness
DBT Graduate Group for Adolescents
This group is for teenagers ages 15-19 who have already completed a DBT skills group and are interested in continuing to discuss how to integrate the DBT skills in to their lives. Group members will also provide DBT consultation to one another.
DBT For Parents
This group is for parents of children who are in DBT and are struggling with emotion dysregulation.  The parents will learn how to support their children in using their DBT skills as well as how to engage in skills use themselves to engage in more effective parenting when feeling overwhelmed. This group meets on Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15. The following modules will be covered: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and walking the middle path.
