I work with people of all ages navigating stress, transitions, or performance demands who are ready to grow but unsure where to start.
You may struggle with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, or motivation, and want tools to manage emotions, stay focused, and feel more in control. If you value collaboration and want integrative therapy that’s practical, culturally aware, and tailored to you, then together, we can build skills for you to thrive on the field, in relationships, or wherever it matters most.
I specialize in the mindfulness-acceptance-commitment model of performance psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy for performers, helping clients develop practical tools to manage anxiety, improve focus, and navigate transitions. Regardless of your level of performance, I strive to help you define and reach your goals while building skills in emotional regulation, motivation, and attentional focus.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re under pressure to produce or to hold everything together. You don’t have to do it alone. I offer a space where you can be heard without judgment and supported in finding real, workable solutions. Even if you’re just thinking about it, I invite you to reach out. Let’s figure it out together.

Outside Of therapy
I practice what I coach in applying mental skills to an active lifestyle. I have competed in four half-marathons and three Olympic triathlons since retiring as a high school and college soccer player. I currently coach my daughters’ softball teams and keep up with swimming, biking, and hiking recreationally.
I also apply performance psychology in my role as a bassist/vocalist in a cover band that has played music festivals and big stages over the past decade.
