As both a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist, I have experience working from the elementary level to early adulthood, as well as supporting parents managing challenging behaviors at home. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including: anxiety, depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, social skill and executive functioning skill deficits, learning differences, school-related difficulties, and navigating the transition into adulthood.
I primarily draw from cognitive behavioral, behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches to create interventions that are practical, meaningful, and tailored to each individual. At the heart of my work, however, is the belief that real change happens within the context of a strong therapeutic relationship. I prioritize building a connection that feels genuine, safe, and supportive, where clients can be honest and vulnerable without fear of judgment, and where they feel truly seen and understood.
I view myself as an advocate for children and adolescents, with a deep understanding of the many systems that impact children’s daily lives, and experience in collaborating with families, teachers and administrators, and other relevant stakeholders to promote children’s social and emotional health.

Outside Of therapy
Outside of my work as a therapist and school psychologist, I find the greatest joy in being a mom to my two young children. I love spending time with my family, whether we’re exploring new places on a weekend getaway or creating meaningful memories in our day-to-day routines. Staying active is an important part of how I care for my own well-being; whether through exercise or being outside with my family, I value movement as a meaningful way to recharge and manage stress.
