I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as support for parents and families. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, social difficulties, school-related concerns, family stress, and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), using evidence-based strategies to help clients better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical coping skills that can help them manage difficult emotions, build confidence, and navigate everyday life stressors..
I believe that feeling safe, heard, and understood is an important part of the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and emotions. Together, we work toward building insight and fostering growth and resilience.

Outside Of therapy
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and my crazy bernedoodle, Miso. To recharge my battery I attend pilates classes and love traveling or getting lost in a good book.
