You may be doing everything you can to help your child, or yourself, and still feel like something isn’t clicking. Therapy can help you understand why, and more importantly, what to do next. Many of the families and individuals I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, whether they are children whose emotions spill over into big behaviors, teens who feel trapped by anxiety or self-doubt, or adults who are still carrying the effects of earlier life experiences. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of these patterns, and build skills that make life feel more manageable.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and families navigating trauma, mental health concerns, grief, and challenging behavior patterns. Many of the families who seek my support have a child who is struggling with intense emotions, behavioral outbursts, anxiety, or difficulties related to neurodevelopmental conditions. I also work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, OCD-related concerns, and the lasting effects of trauma.

A central part of my work involves helping families strengthen parent–child relationships, especially when children’s behaviors feel confusing, intense, or difficult to manage. I believe parents deserve support and clear tools—not blame—when navigating these challenges.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and skill-focused, drawing from evidence-based treatments such as CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, ACT, and DBT skills. These approaches help clients both understand their experiences and develop concrete strategies for change. Whether I am helping a child manage anxiety, supporting a family through behavioral challenges, or helping an adult process trauma, my goal is to provide structured, research-supported care that leads to meaningful and lasting change.

Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me salsa dancing or chasing small moments of joy in everyday life whether that’s cooking with my little one, getting immersed in a good novel, or spending time outdoors. I’m also on an ongoing mission to find the best croissant in New Jersey, one bakery at a time.
