I am a licensed psychologist with particular expertise in supporting children and tweens with attention and executive functioning difficulties, including challenges with organization, task completion, impulse control, and planning, as well as school performance, anxiety, and social or behavioral development.
Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, I help children build practical skills to manage emotions, improve focus, and develop stronger problem-solving abilities both in and outside of school.
I have over 25 years of experience collaborating with parents, caregivers, and, when appropriate, schools, to ensure that skills learned in therapy translate into real-world success by creating individualized strategies that help children succeed academically and feel more confident in their daily routines.
