Areas of Focus
Appointment Times
- Daytime, Weekends
I work with adolescents, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage what they’re experiencing internally. Many of the individuals I support struggle with anxiety, overthinking, emotional ups and downs, or the impact of past experiences.
For younger clients, this may show up as difficulty navigating school, peer relationships, or identity development; for adults, it often involves stress related to work, relationships, or life transitions.
I help clients better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and move toward a more grounded and value-driven life.

Outside Of therapy
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy reading, writing, and volunteering in my community. I value spending quality time with my family and find it grounding and restorative. My Christian faith is an important part of my life and continues to shape my sense of purpose, service, and commitment to supporting others.
