Elyssa is a licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Children.
She has experience working with adolescents and adults with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder, OCD, and psychosis.
Elyssa believes that each individual is unique and works to identify their specific needs in order to help them thrive.
She provides a warm and non-judgmental space to allow clients and families a place where they can work together to problem solve the issues at hand. Elyssa is committed to providing effective therapy and tools to assist her clients in improving their quality of life.

Outside of working hours I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. You can also find me enjoying the outdoors either hiking or training for my next race.
